How to sell phones online on FlexEmarket
FlexEmarket is an online marketplace for cell phones and accessories. Individual sellers and businesses list items on it, and each seller sets the price, condition and delivery options for their own listings. This page explains how listing works.
Before you list a phone
- Back up the phone, then sign out of your Apple ID or Google account so that Activation Lock or Factory Reset Protection is turned off.
- Erase the phone and remove your SIM card.
- Note the exact model, the storage size and whether the phone is unlocked or tied to a carrier.
- Take clear photos of the front, the back and the screen, including any scratches or cracks.
Posting a listing
Create a FlexEmarket account or sign in, then choose Post Item at the top of the page. The listing form asks for:
- Title: the brand, model, storage size and carrier status.
- Category and condition: new, open box, renewed, used or for parts.
- Price: the item price, with an optional sale price or discount.
- Inventory: how many units you have.
- Photos and a short description that mentions any defects.
- Delivery: shipping, local pickup, or both.
- Variants: one listing can hold the same phone in several colors or storage sizes.
Getting your listing seen
You can add promotion keywords to a listing. When a shopper searches for one of those keywords, promoted listings tagged with it can appear above the regular results. The promotion keyword guide explains how this works.
Answering buyers
Buyers can message you about a listing. Answer questions about condition, photos and price, and update the listing when a phone sells. The FAQ covers common buyer questions.
Selling as a business
Phone shops and resellers list on FlexEmarket the same way as individual sellers. Each listing links to the seller's profile, where buyers can see the seller's other listings.
