Return terms

• Returns can be requested within 30 days of the purchase date.
• Items are returned by mail.
• The buyer pays the return shipping.
• There is no restocking fee.
• A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
• Some items, such as software, digital downloads and personalized products, may not be eligible for return.
• FlexEmarket ships only to addresses in the United States.
• Independent sellers on FlexEmarket ship their own items.

How to start a return

1. Sign in to the FlexEmarket account you used to buy the item.
2. Open the item's page on FlexEmarket. Your purchases are listed under Orders.
3. Select "Request a Return or Dispute", then fill in the Start a Return or Dispute form with the reason and your order number.
4. Your request is sent to the seller of the item.
